Gray Factor Consulting is a boutique consultancy that focuses on the people side of strategy. Gray Factor Consulting was founded by Jennifer Gray Foucher in 2004 and provides management consulting services independently as well as through partnerships with larger consulting firms.
Jennifer is a highly accomplished consultant who specializes in leading global enterprise-level change efforts. Her skills were honed as a senior leader with Andersen Business Consulting, BearingPoint and Alvarez & Marsal. Jennifer provides practical solutions that help employees achieve tangible business results while ensuring that leaders achieve their strategic, business and financial goals during transitions. She is known for her collaborative work style and successful record in leading and coaching people through daunting organizational changes.
Jennifer is Prosci-certified in change management methodology and has expertise and hands-on experience in the areas of large-scale change, human capital management, technology adoption, strategic planning, organizational design and effectiveness, merger integration and talent acquisition and development. Jennifer earned a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from Trinity University and a master of business administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Client engagements range from short term projects to multi-year relationships across a broad set of industries. Based in Austin, Jennifer supports clients locally as well as across the United States and internationally.
